Honest question for coders out there: how hard is to re-write/re-code an app from 32 to 64bit?

Tunnels nowadays have escape tunnels build next to the traffic ones. The fireproof/firestopping escape doors from main tunnel to the emergency tunnel are located every 200-300 yards or so..at least here in EU.

Good question. More likely is that we have a LIMITED understanding of it. That doesn’t make everything we know so far wrong...it’s just incomplete, thus we reach certain scenarios were it doesn’t make sense.
