Mine went up by an inch but I got 12.75", you can find super glide springs too or a lowering kit. 11.75 is stock, IIRC.

Take it from me (and my avatar). Go on craigslist, get a set of Take off Road King air springs, install, and be amazingly pleased. I got mine for like $45, and the ride is like night and day, and they're air adjustable!
