Mine is that when I watched A New Hope for the first time at a very young age I thought Alec Guinness had actually died when Obi-Wan did. I asked my father for clarification, but since he thought I meant the character and not the actor he ended up telling me that yes, Alec Guinness was murdered to make Star Wars.
