depends on how much work you want to put into the matter but tuning CAN be a huge help.

the old Integra was an icon in the cheap ass starter performance group even before the Fast and the Furious craze. for the day you got Honda build in a hotter chassis with more motor, sportier body, and performance upgrades were a plenty.

my start was 4 (GODS i miss the basically free upgrade parts) but that progression system was frankly a masterpiece.
