as a fellow fan of the 90s show a few years behind you, i flipped the fuck out on the first trailer.

coming off the DC movies of the last years which had gone to beyond ridiculous and back to earth, it looked to be a good mix of the two. and it just blew my expectations clean out of the water. 

That opening scene with Sub Zero and the Man who would be Scorpion was fucking incredible....... the same cannot be said for the rest of the movie.

i was never heavy into the games, but who in the fuck were half the bad guy characters? big hammer and reject fallout power-suit, plus the winged lady, who the fuck are…

something i picked up on watching this, and i can be accused for reading too much into it but the character as a whole is just massively layered on visuals alone.

Sebastian is a STRONG contender for an emmy for this one just on sheer skill in acting alone. over 6 episodes you can see his growth in fucking body language! also furthers my case that he should be picked up by Star Wars for a certain screwed over Jedi Master. 

assuming we get a season 2 (and i WANT a season 2) it should focus on him letting the Winter Soldier finally rest as he takes up the White Wolf. 

but then we wouldn’t have gotten the hands down best giant robot/ giant monster movie ever!
