of those still with us? i get a deep sense of humility, bordering on survivors guilt.

you’re correct of course as far as there being no set in stone behavior. but Walker acts like most americans would expect a combat hero to act, not how they generally do. which leans into the whole “its a farce” undercurrent the show

but did he though? thats what im driving at here, Marvel is smart enough to know people would pick up on that. i still suspect some behind the scenes manipulation, maybe he knows about it maybe he doesn’t. but that seemed so oddly casual to toss in there. and he does not act like your typical MoH recipient.
maybe im

little of both says me.

the “peak human” was an old comic cop out when the characters are much stronger..... but here this works to cement that he ISNT really Cap. it could have been from drugs, he could be born that way. but he is still a shadow of the real deal.

in the view of the world? hes dead and gone, disappeared returning things to the past.

i dont think he is actually dead dead yet so we might get that final scolding for the boys. that or his death is what finally gets Sam’s head out of his ass.

it feels weird because we hardly ever see Steve do it.

which is a good way to screw with the audience IMO

Either way, that is supposed to be 2011, so, when he is named Captain America, he has been a soldier 10-13 years. In that time, he won three CMHs. The rules now are that someone has to have separate deeds to win multiple Medals of Honor (It didn’t used to be; the Navy and Army could each give you one for the same act)

given the tones in the rest of the show, im willing to bet that MIGHT have been on purpose.

* You don’t win three CMHs by being selfish. At some point, he would have been putting others’ lives before him. I truly believe he and Rogers share one powerful trait - They don’t like bullies and they want to help those who can’t help themselves.

You don’t win three Medals of Honor at all. period. ever. at least not

that whole load requires movie breaking levels of suspension of disbelief.

you cant even get by on the Steppenwolf loosing the fight. they STILL would have remembered.

as a native houstonian.... gross

IF the car is that shiny, and that chromed out, and they spent that kind of time detailing it and working on it... then that driver is going to be an interesting person to talk to and get to know.

not always the case, see stance and bro-dozers. ive been up close to a number of these cars, they look well built at 50

here’s the catch, the park is public property and the residents of the complex have ZERO say in what goes on in a public park. this is classic NIMBY bullshit and if im going to fight it when they wanna tear down a race track, im honor bound to fight it here too.

this particular trend is stupid on the level of hellaflush, the carolina lean, donks, and bro-dozers.

calling the cops on them for being a feckless NIMBY is peak privilege though

in defense of Bōsōzoku, insanity is the point.

the rest, traaaaash

to be fair, “swangers” are fucking stupid. not hellaflsuh bad, but close

given some of the stories about how the twins treated her, i hope shes laughing all the way to the bank.

karen gillan or GTFO

the MCU team has also done an incredible job using smaller actors and turning them into titans.

compare the big 6. Scarlett and Renner have the most previous screen time followed by Evans, Ruffalo, then Hemsworth and RDJ because it was his relaunch. none of them had helmed a franchise like they were asked to. not a

i hope at one point kevin whipped out his success “dick,” flopped it on the table and told the sony team to get fucked.

Maguire was garbage in the role, he just had REALLY good writing in the first 2 films.
