Thanks for the clarification. This all looks like a bad Black Mirror episode in that this guy is a physical manifestation of 8chan. A fractured whole loosely held together by racism (and probably misogyny) and all about the lolz. This is fucking awful.

I would add that words don’t necessarily cause something like this but they do shape behavior. Hence the targeting of mosques instead of, say, a movie theater.
