Thanks! I get irrationally angry when people defend not vaccinating their children. We need herd immunity to keep others safe.

It's more likely that your shingles are a result of a case of chicken pox you had when you were younger than you "catching" it from your child. The virus is not completely cleared from your body after the initial illness (chicken pox) and can recur later in life (even decades later) as shingles.
I'm not terrible familiar with the mechanism of action of progestin... but depending on this mechanism route of administration can make a significant difference in the overall effectiveness of a medication, side effects, etc... Pharmacologically these pills were optimized for oral usage. The reason we have medications…
I was about to contest this... but I can't think of any group of friends I have that includes more than three white girls. I think you're on to something!
I've done something like that with regular manicures (ruffian manicures I think?) and I'm cool with it for every now and then but it's definitely not something I'd like to wear all the time.
I don't think I eat that much protein... I think I only eat meat 3-4 times a week, I'm pretty sure my nails were the same way back when I was a vegan/vegetarian.
Mine are the same way! I don't have especially short nails either (too hard for me to maintain them that way)... I just keep them short enough so I'm not constantly poking holes through latex gloves at work.
I'm a nail perfectionist and I kind of hate gel... not that it's staying power isn't magnificent or anything - but if I leave anything on my nails more than four days the growth is significant and highly noticeable/bothersome. By a week the growth is totally unbearable... it's great, but I can't imagine keeping it on…
If you look around the internet, you can likely find gel polish lines with a larger variety of colors to purchase that should work well with the lamp.
Acetone is drying... but so is pretty much anything used in the removal of nail polishes by nature. If you keep your hands/nails well moisturized and wash your hands well after using acetone, this is generally a non-issue.
I think mislabeling something east would probably be the biggest faux pas since (at least around everyone I know) it's considered to be the worst/most backwoods part of the state. I'm generally a pretty big defender of Texas (not in terms of policy but more that it's generally a pretty awesome place to live filled…
Yeah, I can never quite remember where everything becomes what down thataway.... I spent all my life in Central or North Texas.
Wait, so ONE person mentions this and you decide it's necessary to complain that someone brought up a piece of misinformation in the article because they're lacking perspective? I don't really feel like getting into explaining the whole of it... but in Texas "where" you are says a good amount about the culture,…
In all fairness... if you kind of drew a line down the middle of Texas Kingsville looks like it might fall in the eastern portion of the state - but it's definitely not what anyone from Texas would call "East"... Isn't Kingsville generally considered to be in the valley?
I definitely like OKC... even though I would say pretty much every unsolicited message I received on there is totally worthless, I've initiated contact with a few people that I became very good friends with including my amazing boyfriend. So many people on there still treat it like a meat market, but every now and…
On OKC it seemed like all of the numbers weren't fantastic predictors of anything except for enemy... boy, could they get spot on with those for me.
Based on my purely scientific study... most of the time, no... about 40% of the time they will read the first line in your profile or briefly skim your interests. About 1/100 messages I received are from someone that I actually want to talk to that appears to have read my profile.
What's amusing to me (coming from the perspective of working in and around hospitals)... the food for patients/hospital visitors = crappy fast-food type options... the food in employee-type cafeterias? generally a good variety of healthier-type of options with the occasional burger-y place thrown in.
Hey! This sounds exactly like a girl I know.
I don't even now! Some people I knew back in high school that are like *super metal* have a whole bunch of Manson gear... which I always thought was in poor taste and tacky, but I don't think any of them would go so far as to call themselves supporters or harass anyone.
