He received a penalty in the game so unless I’m forgetting that we repealed the Fifth Amendment, he can receive no furhter State penalty.

That was a Pac Man joke. It was an old video game where Pac Man would chase ghosts and try to “tackle” them so to speak. So kind of a role reversal.
Cooper looked like he’d seen a ghost!
Pretty sure the NFL can’t make a rule prohibiting the defense from assembling in any fashion they desire but after what they did to that lady in Kentucky, I guess who knows what the First Amendment means anymore these days.
So the First Amendment means we can express ourselves however we want, but are then exempt from criticism?
Convincing argument. Fometimef I’m a little flow on the uptake..
...and thus exempt from the constitution? I guess I forgot which amendment that’s in, maybe the ERA one they never passed.
Why am I not surprised that no one here has heard of the First Amendment...
Considering that the U.S. Constitution (the coffee stained document not the battleship) permits organizations to peaceably assemble and make their own rules (cf, a militia) I’d say they stand a 50/50 chance of winning (either they win or they lose). You realize that none of these idiots are going to appreciate this, right.
Mental health issues can be terrible. You inevitably feel like it’s you vs. yourself.
my favorite part was either the time you said no one can speak for the dead or the three times you told us what Kurt Cobain would have wanted
FUCK! I left the new Kurt Cobain album to watch my kids and it let them watch 17 consecutive hours of The Cat in the hat knows a lot about that!
glad to see that youre exercising your First Amendment right to write just like Gregg Howard and Al B. Burneko (style is NOT copyright protectable), look forward to hearing more about college football from a guy who goes to Duke.
