If only I hadn't gone out after watching this episode, or you might not have beaten me to this. He (has he been named?) might just be my favorite minor character on the show.

I knew there was no chance of a Blais moment when his family showed up and it clearly made him more excited instead of psyching him out.

Too much pepper/not enough pepper moments won't help.

I'm sort of amazed that, given the large amount of spinoffs there already are in the TC universe, we haven't been given "Top Caterer."

Also, I know people have mentioned that Malibu is running away with the fan contest vote (long time lurker, finally just up and joined), but has anyone else noticed that "Sheila D. from Louisville" has been the person who's "scored the most points for their chef" for like…a few weeks now? Does that bum anyone else out…
