From what I played so far, and have seen from the anime cut scenes, there really isn't much to sensor except for one cuddling scene near the start with some side boob, and a bunch of cleavage.

I think that's why I'm actually enjoying GT5. I hate simulators, but I can play GT5 like an arcade racer (going highspeed, bouncing off walls, driving on the grass, cutting corners, making your opponents spin out) I just need to be careful on the sharp corners.
