As a person that has lived in the DC-metro area most of my life and having been raised in a military family, my watch is about 10-15 mins fast for a reason. If you’re early, you’re on time. If you’re on time, you’re late. If you’re late, don’t bother. You’re an adult, you should be able to grasp the concept of time.
