    Counterpoint: No we don’t

Seems to be working well for every foreign car company operating in the US and the southern states that have welcomed them.

Nope, I don’t keep track of their avatars.

I’ve been reading Jalopnik for years and never noticed a pro-union stance. A socialist stance, absolutely, but not explicitly pro union. I must avoid the union related articles.

Totally agree. The fact that an auto enthusiast/expert site is extolling the virtues of the union is both hilarious and frightening. Has Erik done 5 minutes of research of auto unions in the US and what they did to the industry? The massive greed and apathy of the unions led to such productivity wonders as the job

Yeah, I suppose there’s no digging the trench around the outside in case of rain.

Seriously, who sneaks in the 0-50?!

What this WRX owner wants: A WRX with an engine that isn’t 10 years behind the competition.

I think the only question that matters is: is there any level of perfection and value that the Corvette could attain that would actually result in people buying it other than their core (and declining) demographic?

The word you’re looking for is ‘soul’.

Ah, the Kodak VHS cassette sleeves. We were awash in these growing up. Who knew they’d look great as a car livery?

I always love the fact that these things were TWO doors. It’s the size of a small inboard fishing trawler, yet they gave it two doors, each weighing 500 lbs. Squeezing into this makes as much sense as squeezing into the front door of a house.

I never got this car. It looks like a jelly bean to me. What is the allure? Honest question.

I noticed this too. When Grand Tour came out, there were 13 articles a day on it here. Two seasons later, complete and utter silence.

I need to watch this again. I used watch CART (the Indy car of the 90s), which was the best racing I’ve seen. The days of both Andrettis, Mansell, Fittipaldi etc were the golden years, in my opinion. Skilled international drivers, technically advanced cars (without being to their own detriment), great mix of tracks, a

I used to be a die hard F1 fan. I haven’t been able to watch it for years now. The forces of hyper-technology and a dominant oligopoly, have turned it into a (very fast) sterile affair of follow the leader with pit strategy taking center stage and actual racing/excitement bred out of it. I used to be too elite to

Was the first thing I thought of. You lucky bastards out West crack me up. Do you know how many of any of the vehicles in that picture can be found in the entire region of New England: 4.
