Funny since Enzo Ferrari said the E Type was the most beautiful car in the world. But I would agree - I go back and forth between the car being beautiful and the hood being too long.

Funny, this is what my wife says about it. Not fully sure what that says about wives, penises, and cars.

Wow, have never seen this car before. Really glad I have now.

Disagree. I think it’s a great descriptor for a car. The Willys mentioned here is an honest car. It is built for a singular purpose, puts on no false front or bravado - what you see is what you get. A BMW 6 series GT is not an honest car. There’s a lot of superflous styling/puffery (fake engine sounds etc), it doesn’t

Am I looking at this wrong, or does this have extremely low profile tires? I love how every concept rendering of everything must include mega low profile tires, even when oftentimes it would make navigating the intended terrain almost impossible. Buy hey, look how modern it looks!

    That is awesome

As a non Art History major, it looks like the inside of a car with some people doing things around it.

I’m older. I bowed out when Jeremy McGrath did. Amazing, exciting sport with some of the fittest, most underappreciated athletes in the world.

Maybe it’s just me, but I don’t think any of these look particularly good. They look like they were built with 1980s Legos. My sons’ car/truck Legos (from the directions) look more realistic than these which seem extra blocky.

Because it’s a lot harder to build real cars with working pistons, gearboxes, differentials etc.

    So, a Discovery III then.

Came here excited to see big trucks with lots of diff locked wheels and tons of power that would be able to go over/up anything. Left disappointed.

Same here. We love our small town shops and even the bigger stores, but got sucked in by Amazon for the same reasons everyone else has.

The concept that they can’t afford it is absurd: They are minting money right now and as someone else pointed out, dominated the category when they were making much less money. I don’t know what the excuse is at this point.

Yeah, it’s always the conservative judges taking the thief’s side. What?

This is fair, but I’m wondering when the last time Toyota disappointed us with engine reliability. Body wise, totally fair. I’m generally a Japanese product fan due to quality, but for the body panels at least (don’t know about the frame), they still seem to be an inferior gauge to the US cars.

Yes, but which one would you rather have if it’s got 150k miles, you’ve beaten the crap out of it and you’re alone in the middle of desert? Disclaimer: I have no horse in this race.

Judging by where their writers live and what they drive, it seems they could use the cars.
