See.. the way automotive marketing works, “sense” is not a consideration.. but I’m pretty sure you already knew that...

Talk about a flashback! Back in 2000, I was hot on getting one of these for the wife and new kid, but she didn’t like it so we passed. There’s one still running in Raleigh NC currently!

Did this happen to Deloreans too? Honest question.

We have no issues with getting it fixed if needs repair (which it has, for new rear air springs and new wheel sensors). Doesn’t mean we have to like it.

His budget was less than 10K. There are many decent E30s (even 325I and IS cars) around in the 6k to 7K that may need minor work. They won’t be a show car, but I don’t think that’s what the person is looking for. And even though he doesn’t want to wrench himself, if he finds the right shop, plus with the support from

BMW E30

I hear you. It’ll still be expensive, no matter who’s doing it. Have to pay to play.

Sigh.. Reading this article and looking outside at my wife’s 2017 X5 XDrive40e and bracing myself..

Well said.

Beat me to it..

Those who judge older cars by today’s standards, including most writers at Jalopnik, have always irritated me, especially if they have never driven said older car. Many readers also fall into this category. Demuro just nitpicks at every little thing and calls it a “quirk”. Can’t please everyone unfortunately.

Stop, Drop and Roll

Stance Life/Cut Springs...

The appearance of this article is somewhat ironic since your very own Steve DaSilva wrote this piece a while back:

Well, they did do it quietly...

The dog ate my homework...

Came here to say LaGuardia too.. Been a while but last time I had to go thru there was during renovation. When leaving, checked in on the “old” side and had to catch a shuttle (that I almost missed because of no signage) that drove on the ramp to get to the renovated side. Confusing to say the least.

Came here to ask that very same question..lol

There was limited testing and practice prior to each event. I’m referencing tests before the season started. Was there a ban on pre season testing then?
