I was gonna ask if this is the same issue that seemed to plague almost all GM cars in the late 70's, but I guess not..

Thank You, Lawrence.
Where are you from? Because if you’re from NC, you should already know how NC (and Durham) operate..
How does the battery get vented? Or does it need it?
It could happen to anyone. You’ve all covered stories where people who actually get paid to work on vehicles make mistakes. That said, just take your time, and DON’T get rid of that Toyota/Lexus thing...
I’d really love to see you do a review of your Hiace. I’m from Jamaica, now residing in the US, and I grew up with the Hiace, Nissan E20, the Toyota Coaster and all other “mini bus” vehicles that came there. I covet your Hiace and I have no shame in saying so.
I had to go look to see what MAMIL means..I wish I hadn’t
Same
I want to know as well...
Are those Borbet Type C wheels? If I had money to burn, I’d buy it just for that.
I don’t know how to feel about the name since the Maverick used to be a CAR...
You must not live in Johnston County.. #JoCoLife
I’m an NC resident, and while I think it’s a silly fad, people seem to enjoy doing it. I only wish I had gotten a picture of the dude who attempted to do this with an old Honda CRV... maybe that is one that SHOULD be banned..
Can a person his size fit comfortably in any of the suggestions made? Personally, even though he wants new, I would suggest casting the net for a larger mid-size SUV... though I will admit, I don’t know what’s even considered mid-size these days..
A reliable Citroen?
Agreed. Replacing the cabin filters in my Mazda 5 is crazy, but many swear it’s not bad. It’s not as easy as in other vehicles. And don’t get me started on replacing headlight bulbs in that car...that’s even WORSE
Just depends on who’s doing it. It’s not as easy for some for this vehicle, because of having to remove said items.
I LOVE the Coaster. I grew with multiple generations of this vehicle as a child in Jamaica. If you travel to Jamaica and you’re not driving, your ride will either be in a bus or a Coaster. Awesome vehicles.
I’d say one of the easiest repair items is a coil plug.
