Same here, I had a PS1, skipped the 2 next generations and here I am with a PS4. It's quite ok, but I don't have a single great exclusive game except Last of Us which is not exclusive, generation-wise.

Great article! We often want to start too big, or focus too much on the hard to achieve result and we crumble in front of difficulty of the whole thing. But fitness isn't really difficult, if you take it step by step. Besides it's an activity in which you make progress extremely early if you're beginning! :-)
