I worked in restaurants all throughout my 20's. Sexual harassment is a part of the job, so much so that, as both CA Pinkham and the woman in this story say, you just grow accustomed to it being a part of the job, ESPECIALLY from the kitchen staff. I have this strange feeling even typing this, that just acknowledging

This is a bill that in ordinary times would not be controversial

"I trusted you."

My 1.5 year old smelled like she crapped her diaper.

My son was born on April 1st and that little disappointment continues to be the cruelest prank the universe has ever played on me.

Good for her for protecting herself, especially as a teenager with parents who obviously weren't looking out for her. I certainly don't think Teenage Me would have had the awareness or strength to flat-out reject someone with that level of professional sway.

As a Browns fan I offer you zero sympathy and hope your team burns in the most fiery way possible.

Actually, if you read the whole piece, only 8 of the team's 46 members were even at the party (the others were away playing a game), the party wasn't an official team event, and the way they've been characterized by the administration isn't exactly reflective of the reality, which is much more complicated than "SPORTS

Oh, god, I just moved to a place with a few carpeted rooms, and my formerly pee-pad trained pup is in heaven—full rooms MADE of pee pads! She only poops right in the middle of the living room floor, so at least it's easy to find, but I can't figure out where she's peeing. I know she's doing it, though, because she's

As the daughter of a woman with Alzheimer's disease, I can tell you that in the first four or five years that I could see that she was affected, not everyone else could. Even those that knew her pretty well could not or would not see it, especially in short lived situations. She had always been sharp as a tack, and

maybe if we stopped pretending like it's cute to wear someone down, we could then also stop pretending it's not okay to say yes, too. They go hand in hand...empowering people to make decisions they want by respecting and trusting them when they say what those wishes are.

I am not 'Hilary Clinton.' And please stop using something I wrote to promote your goddamn album.
