It's a fair piece, basically the whole length of The Neck assuming you can somehow cut across straight from White Harbor to the Kingsroad, longer if you have to sail up the White Knife to get to the Kingsroad or if you have to go past the Twins on the Kingsroad then sail up the Green Fork to get to The Twins.

Well, we do know that she was in Essos when Mace (RIP) went to talk with the Iron Bank because that's when she killed Meryn Trant. So, reasonably recently she was in Braavos, as we saw Mace return from Braavos this season.
