Additionally, the Boltons are no longer allied with the Iron Throne/Lannisters. That went out the window as soon as they brought suspected regicider Sansa Stark into the family.

I think you meant the Robb beheaded Lord Karstark. He never did anything to any Umbers. (Well, Grey Wind ate a couple of the Greatjon's fingers, but that just made the Greatjon like him more.)
I don't think it is clear who has it.
Maybe he just rolled under a dumpster when Brienne tried to decapitate him.
If it was the same guy as was getting choked by a chain in the second trailer, it was one of the Sparrows, but not Lancel. And it looked like he was having a really, really bad day.
Astronomy. A month is a "moon's turn." Not sure if they've ever said how many months they count as a year, or if the months have names (I think they are generally just called "the third month," etc.) But years are counted from the Targaryen conquest, roughly. The Purple Wedding took place on the first day of the first…
That explains so much about the aftermath of my senior prom.
Maybe he was miles away but due to the magic of show travel times it only took him 30 seconds to return to the slaughter site.
It's not clear whether to root for the Lannister/Frey group or the Tully group? It seems pretty clear.
Pretty sure "Lem" is just a nickname for Lemoncloak. Presumably the guy's actual name pre BwB was something else.
Jaqen isn't really even Jaqen, so there's that.
I am pretty sure Jaime mentioned he was going to call Bronn into service in episode 6, so his appearance shouldn't have been a surprise. It was a little weird that we didn't see him until this episode, but here we are.
They weren't going to adapt Dorne until someone (Dave Hill, I think) came up with the idea of sending characters we already know and care about there. So off Jaime and Bronn went.
I guess he either wants Olenna to actively ally with the Faith or get out of King's Landing, so whether Marg is true or not it works out for him.
It's true she's doing some freelancing.
No sense at all… the waif doesn't hate Arya in the books.
There is some overlap between her list (in the books) and people who owe the Iron Bank a lot of dragons. Maybe later it will come out the Faceless Men were in league with the Iron Bank to get her to take care of some of their business with the Iron Throne.
Yeah, the Glovers are waiting for their liege lord to be returned to them as a condition of joining Stannis, but are already supplying some aid to his cause in the books. I think the show also added some back story about the fates of the Glovers in Deepwood Motte when the Ironborn took over. Pretty sure they were…
IMO it was very clear, and a fine coda to the Hound's story. I don't think he will be seen again in the books, but I suppose it's possible.
Most confusing about the Dorne situation is that the message Jaime sent to Doran indicated that Jaime was sending Trystane back to Dorne on the same ship…. but Jaime both knew that Trystane had been killed and who did it in later episodes.
