I still don’t get why reuniting with Izzy and kids he didn’t know about precludes him talking to Meredith and every other friend of his I guess *ever again*, or hell, spending some time out there with them, and then incorporating his life and wife into their upbringing. Maybe Jo would like to get to know her…

Right. Oh, and another one just dies! It’s not satisfying. He either sticks around but is never seen (hey, it worked for Maris!) which is also weird, or there has to be a super great reason why he’s not in Seattle at all, where his career and wife are. There are no real great avenues here. Welp.
