As a Droid 3 owner, I'm pretty pissed that we aren't getting the ICS upgrade. I'm skipping on Motorola next time! (unless Google completely revamps Motorola's product strategy)

that's unfortunate for the Clip. I'm still rocking my refurb Clip I bought on Woot 3 years ago. I still get ~12 hours of battery life with it.
