I don’t think I have a “favourite” pasta shape, because there’s so many good ones (depending on the dish/sauce!), but I confess I haven’t really given rigatoni a fair shake. I almost never buy it. Looking at that picture though, I think I need to try rigatoni next time I make a vodka sauce.
