It may be illegal due to regulations around lotteries. He’s being very limiting with who is eligible, which is usually against lottery laws.

The petition alone would not be enough to get Musk in legal trouble, but the way he’s limiting it to just swing states and just a small time frame right before the election, and just two topics that are clearly high-profile hot topics for one political party, should be enough context to get him into trouble.

Very true. That is why any giveaway you hear about tied to a product always has a “no purchase necessary” clause where you can mail in to be included.

Am I the only person who remembers the armed military guys outside the airport post 9-11 who would not let your car sit for more than like a minute before they started getting shouty and aggressive?

They obliviously have never heard of the Minnesota goodbye. Looks at watch, ok, need to go. (10-15 minutes later) ok, we should get going. Stands, conversation of goodbye starts. 20-25 minutes later, gets coats/shoes/gloves on, 30 minutes later, heads to car, where another 20 minutes of hugs, goodbyes, and well wishes

Traveling through Brussels this summer, I was amused to see the airport drop-off area labeled “Kiss and Fly”.

I am 100% one of those people as someone who used to ride AND has been hit by a car and almost a university bus. If you live somewhere sidewalks are not used heavily ride your bike on the sidewalk, full stop. It is MUCH safer for literally everyone involved. Now I also fully admit that in a lot of places riding on the

Nah, who was where first has nothing to do with it. Cyclists taunt drivers and create dangerous situations in urban settings by weaving in and out of moving traffic and routinely disregarding the rules of the road. Then when one gets hit or run over they blame everyone but themselves. Seen enough in my 30+ years of

I look at riding bikes in traffic the same way I feel about getting a motorcycle. Not worth the risk. I wont fault anyone for biking on the road, but there is too many distracted drivers for me to do it.

It seems you have misread my comment and/or made some incorrect assumptions

Agreed 100% let’s avoid the collision in the first place: let’s ban cars from cities and neighborhoods. Restrict their speeds by raising all crosswalks to sidewalk level and prioritize all pedestrian and cyclist movements over cars. Completely ban them from school zones. Give (back) people outside of cars plenty of

I definitely won’t go so far as to say anyone deserves to get hit by a car, but within the cycling community there exists a small minority who need to have some sense knocked into them

I also don’t want to be chopped up by airplane propellers or sucked into a jet engine. So those need to be changed.

Now that i think about it, i don’t want to be chopped up by lawnmower blades or blenders.

There are tons of ways to get killed by machinery. All of these accidents are preventable. They all involve

As posted on the internet....

I highly recommend all of Legal Eagle’s videos. He cuts through all of the BS and partial information you get from the news and lays out the bare facts of a matter and laws that relate to it.

Why are you using the gender neutral possessive pronoun “their” here:

Yea but places like Pechanga, Morongo and Yaamava can get boring sometimes.

Palm springs isn’t even far, Go on like a Thursday mid morning and get there within 2 hours...I Also feel like a Helicopter would be a better mode of transportation than a Jet.

Real Q: what’s a “circle of life”?

Can’t believe you would take money from babies. :)
