Dude I’m assuming you’re an adult. When you make a plural from Ferrari to Ferraris it doesn’t have an apostrophe. The apostrophe typically indicates a possessive. There are a bunch of variables so I’m not going to get into it, but the simple rule is do not use an apostrophe when you simply want to refer to multiple…
In terms of performance, relative rarity, and ease of ownership, Porsches are incredible—modern Porsches have Toyota levels of reliability and aren’t really that expensive to fix (as long you don’t go to the dealer).
That will hurt resale, but if he doesn’t care then that’s a great option. Tired of people trying to keep Ferrari’s with such low miles and perfect service records that it removes some of the enjoyment of ownership.

Not so cut and dry. In many suburbs and exurbs, HOAs or neighborhood associations are the norm, especially if the suburbs in question was built in the last two decades. There are places where you have no choice but to live with an HOA. The key here is legislation that would curb the power of HOA and the kind of rules…
This gives me a great excuse to remind everyone that the 370Z’s chassis quite literally predates the world’s first commercially available camera phone.
