Beyond burgers look weird, taste terrific. I prefer them to Impossible, actually. Way more meat tasting than the author implies. 

My wife gets the Beyond burgers sometimes - whenever I grill one for her, I feel like I’m working with a patty made out of wet cat food. I have not been tempted to try one yet.

Vegetarians and vegans are not the primary audience for stuff like this. You already don’t eat meat and you are likely not going to eat this or any other item like this very often. However, meat eaters looking for a healthier alternative are the intended audience, and as such, reviews from people who eat burgers carry…

Probably not a popular opinion, but I find the new MB interiors way too fussy and busy. The sarlacc monster air vents and all the LED lighting just seems way too over the top. Much prefer Volvo’s interior - calming and minimalist. And less distraction.
