not true at all. Mid-range graphics cards can handle 4k right now, admittedly not at 60fps in most games but i image the TITAN could do 8k at reasonably for non-3D set ups and a quad-sli of TITANS could probably hit 60fps at 8k on most games. the technology exists right now is the point.
