I’d actually be shocked if any judges did that. Even before he was president, Obama was kind of a rock star in the Constitutional Law community so I would be surprised if any judges were mocking him on the record. The Trump presidency is a very unique (and cruel) joke on America.

That whole Reagan savior thing is seriously fucking stupid. You could make a solid argument that France was more directly responsible for American independence than the US was for German reunification. I don’t think hear a lot of American politicians making that argument however.

And yet, somehow, she’s not even the most evil member of her own family. At least she isn’t trying to send a private army into a foreign country with American funding.
