Reparations is an endeavor that will have very few good individual outcomes and mostly horrible ones. First, there is not enough money in any city or state’s budget to accommodate this fantasy number. So, this is a non-starter.

This is exactly right. What exactly is he being charged with, and when did this take place? Seems like a very thin charge with major political retribution vibes hanging over it.
