It just means that you do something or provide a service that attracts enough capital that catapults you in to billionaire status. Look at Michael Jordan or Oprah or Tyler Perry. They are all forces of good that have provided enough goodwill and positive public response to earn the billions.

I LOVE this country!  Heading to Denver tomorrow for a Rockies game.  Then, off to Boulder to enjoy the scenery and the nightlife.  This country has so much to offer.  If you’re not happy, it’s time to find another locale.
