@lhed: Well detecting malware is its main function....Have you noticed how it is basically a rootkit in it of itself? It is damn near impossible to remove if you decide no longer to use it. I have never had a good experience with it as it seemed to detect many false positives and be an extremely heavy program that

@Kitsukaru: Using NOD is equivalent to using malware to look for other malware.

@iAmWillJ: Normal people would go with tissue, but nose wipe-y thing is fun to say.

@Tetsuooooooo: And what about the millions of college girls and old people with regular point and shoots that use SD cards. Of course the only people who matter are people who are serious about their love for cameras, I can't believe I forgot...

@therealjjohnson: you don't understand...it is way cool to make fun of stuff and hate on Apple. If you wanna go far in life, I suggest you start doing it. It makes the girls weak in the knees...

@JohnnyricoMC: I see. I thought you were comparing the install process not the updating process.

@JohnnyricoMC: But on Macs you would normally be installing from the GUI anyways. It's not like in Ubuntu when you use apt and dpkg. Currently, it's like downloading a .deb, clicking on a few nexts, and having it install.

@mexi1010: Is your internship for Qualcomm at the site in research park?

@merlow: Subsonic has yet to force me to donate. You never have to donate if you dont want to.

@bnbtnt2: Yes. You would never look for the info in /dev. That is just a representation of the physical device. What this is saying is that your drive is mounted as your filesystem. Basically it doesn't seem like it is seeing any other partitions or drives since it only mentions the one mounted at /.

@bnbtnt2: Use the command "mount" without the quotes. This shows you where partitions are mounted and their type. You can use sudo fdisk -l to show you how big every partition is (hopefully you can tell which one is which by size...). This would be done on the XBMC host, just to make sure that is all set up properly.

@koali: Severe case of the flu, tonsilitis, mono, and pneumonia. The absolute worst combo known to man. That was a godawful month and a half. Thankfully I can get back to working now.

@TheFu: I'm getting issues with all comments as well as sharing. You know how the lifehacker comment system gets sometimes...maybe it reaches out to the sharing system too.

@valmorphorize: Does that let you stream or just access the files from the wii?

@Whitson Gordon: Yeah I don't know what causes that to happen for some people. I've never seen that happen before on any of the boxes I use at home or work. Is there a reason for this to affect some people, but not all?

@Fossa: Innocent my @ss...everyone I know who frequents /b/ (yes i realize /b/ is not the extent of 4chan) actually takes pride in all this crap. They get excited to pull stupid cyber pranks such as this or ruining peoples lives by blowing up their cell phones/emails and leaving threatening or offensive messages. A

@ambienstroll: You do know that it took more than one teen to pull this off right? It requires a huuuuuuge amount of computers to DoS a system like these.

@shallnot: + Windows = not the best

@minardi: You can also get a 72 inch tv with lots of connexions. What's your point?
