@Jesda: Good lord that scares me. I had a 91 9000 turbo. Swear to god they made it impossible to fix anything on there. In order to put in a new alternator, the front axle had to come completely off. Not to mention little things like one motor mount using phillips head, one using metric sockets, and one using torx…

@FromaBuick6: Now with more 5.0: Agreed. I bought my 5 speed never having even sat in the drivers seat of a car with a standard tranny. My drive home was slightly rough as well, but now, I feel just as competent driving manual as automatic.

@sn1per: Swimming and biking are pretty easy ones to get into. If you do it right lifting weights can be a great cardio workout. Boxing is maybe the best cardio out there, but it's tough and you gotta be serious about it. Heck even some pick up basketball will get ya huffing after not too long.
