I wondered the same of the 2018 Camry. Red seats in a Dodge Challenger or any Ferrari? Makes sense. In a family sedan? Hmm...
Kids, take a good look at this.
Think anybody’s gonna buy those red seats or what?
You gotta do the conversion rate for 1 German HP to Japanese HP. Everyone knows German horses are more powerful.
I think they are just called phones now.
GT-R had ridiculous service schedule. Every year, every 8000 miles it needs service. And it’s expensive, too. It’s falling apart coming from factory.
For me, that would be why the audi is more desireable. I love a good sleeper, and the audi is most certainly the sleeper in this matchup.
The GT-R is certainly no beauty. If looks are what you’re after in this price range, the GT-R might not be your first choice. Still...I think there can be no discussion that it looks better/cooler/sexier than a wagon - any wagon.
The Rs6 performance model is closer to 600hp.
Don’t know about Nissan, but VW is famous for underrating their engines. Also torque matters.
(or: how sour are those grapes?)
Yep. Fast Audi’s and VW’s with DSG and AWD launch ridiculously well. Love my ‘16 R.
I’ll take beige over butt-ugly.
I... I must have read that wrong... Surely you did not just call an RS6 Avant a beigemobile...
The RS6 Avant is a “beigemobile”?
What’s “beige” is using “beigemobile”, and you’re using it wrong.
The sad thing is the Audi is also better looking, better built, with higher quality materials, with more utility and more luxury... for roughly the same price these days.
And it’s way better looking as well.
Doesn’t surprise me all that much. Those cars are monsters, plain and simple. Their off-the-line torque is mind-bending.
