I doubt many dealers give a crap about building long term customer relationships anymore. I’ve bough 3 toyotas for a local dealer and wanted to order the new Sequoia without a markup and they pretty much told me to pound sand. 

As prices settle to pre pandemic levels, I will not be forgetting the shops that were the most exploitive and mercenary. I hope everyone else does the same.
