I agree with your point that none of the big players want it to go to court because it’s working for everyone (Well most of them, Nintendo is a big baddie here). But some companies have made it clear where they stand, Minecraft being a good example, they have it in their EULA that you are allowed to upload videos and

The mentioned examples are quite different from reaction videos. Reaction videos often times take all/most of the video and just react to it and that is the whole video, whereas the examples given are more about someone linking a video in your chat and you pulling it up on stream in between matches or while you pause

This is clearly RIAA attempting to overwhelm twitch or screw over a bunch of streamers and less to do with protecting their rights. It’s not like streamers have only in the last week or so started playing music in the background or that Twitch has given rights holder a new tool or anything like that, this seems

Haha, yeah pretty much.

At any time that if you were the one driving would do something else except just keep going forward. If you feel like the car should be slowing down, then you should react, if you think the car should change lanes, then you should react. It’s really not that difficult.

It’s actually very well known how to do this glitch, unless you are talking specifically in technical terms, which if that is the case it’s also not difficult to figure out what’s going on, which is the game bugs out and it doesn’t use the correct animation.

Sounds like the owner posted this just to rant but never intended it to become such a big deal, probably because in his own mind it wasn’t that big of a deal, but considering the situation he was annoyed that the guy would even invoke the governor.

Boats aren’t always kept in the water, if you aren’t going to be using it for a while, say for example you only use it during the summer, it’s normal for it to be stored on land. There is no reason to put extra wear on your boat if it’s not necessary

Well this is a big oopsie.

I actually don’t think that devs publishers would be out as much as you would think. Sure the few times that a game goes on sale after someone has bought it will happen, however having this automatic system means that people are more likely to just bite the bullet and buy the game without worrying about getting

Holy crap, those eyes.

So obviously this is terrible and this guy should face consequences, but how the hell does he have a career? Who listens to this guy and think, you know what that is the artist I want to listen to?

So a mob was demanding to exercise extrajudicial justice without caring whether the person is guilty or innocent?

So these guys weren’t even one of the people that were burglarized, they just knew about some black man burglarizing the neighborhood, then saw this guy jogging (And in their mind thought a black man running? He must have done something wrong) and thought that he was the burglar that has been stealing everyone’s stuff

i loved Cate in Thor so I can see her pulling it off, but really? Kate Beckinsale would be the perfect Lilith.

Maybe something to do with Sony not being very crossplay friendly to begin with? That’s the only thing I can think of.

This is a terrible solution in my opinion and it just boils down to Activision being greedy. They are hoping that by not straight up banning the cheaters that some of them will still spend money in their store for cosmetics. Also this also means that Activision is spending resources to have servers running for these

But they mirrored it! That makes it totally different.

Will this still only be available for the windows store version or also the Java version?

Among the other games we’ve been playing like Warzone and Borderlands 3 we’ve also been playing some Minecraft with a custom modpack we set up, which uses Minecolonies and Milleniare as it’s main mods and I gotta say playing Minecraft together with the city building, managing and settlement interactions is really fun,
