I don’t think it’s them that keep bringing up Pokemon, it’s everyone else. I mean seriously, they don’t even need to mention Pokemon, everyone can clearly see the inspiration.

All they have taken is the general idea of a create collection and battling game. Nintendo can’t do anything about that. That would be like Wolfenstein or Doom suing CoD and Battlefield.
