The matrix ons I so adored. Also loved the lovely "changing colors".

I had this one too, not sure if it was my first though. Loved it, would still use it...

I would never leave the house anymore if mine would look like this lol. (I mean it POSITIVE lol).

There are a lot of "locate your phone" apps (free) in the Play store.

Never heard of Elliott Kember. This what he writes about is nothing special I thought? That way I would have to format my HD if I would give my PC to a friend ;)

Google Apps Device Policy is only available for Google Apps Business and Edu customers.

I learned from the past: The smaller the better.

It's sad that in so many "modern" countries death is "something to not talk about" and that we grew up this way. Many countries even celebrate that someone went to "the next stage of life". I somewhere read that in parts of South America family members are buried under the floor of the own houses.

    OMG microwave and pasta? :|

Be honest, would you write a full LH article (with images, tables, etc.) with markdown?

IMO, Markdown is good for all the people who have way too much time. Why not a simple WYSIWYG editor, e.g. TinyMCE. Fast and a clean code. If I would imagine I would have to create a table with Markdown, I would probably freak out LMAO.

Got the pro for free last year and all I can say is that it's very slow. Often I want to make a quick call and have to wait 30 seconds between clicks. The original (and ugly) contact manager is way faster.

Such "new tab" extensions only make sense for people with let's say 10.. 20 often visited pages. I cannot imagine to use such an extension... would be even more work to search and click then typing in the url in the omnibar lol

    Amen!

When i start typing X1#... Swiftkey shows me my full password as "recommended word". So, it IS saving passwords.

It's a German service. Would anyone really want the EU spy on us? Enough when our Government is spying.. no need for a second one.

    My list:

Maybe s/he doesn't want Google to save his/her bookmarks forever?

After it started using 4 GB, I switched back to Chromium as my main browser. Funny: Chromium takes less than 1 GB with the same configuration (extensions).
