Organic is "overpriced" because it can't hide externalities (shipping, oil, chemicals, environmental damage, etc...) and doesn't get subsidies. Also, farmers try to pay themselves and their workers a wage above $2 a day. I understand buying what you can afford, but let's not go there with calling organic…

Some people and groups do refer to themselves as "Gypsies" or even "Egyptians" though, because they are not Sinti or Roma. My problem with all these touchy feely breastfeeding til college, attachment parenting trends is that it teaches the child that neither they nor the mom have any autonomy. Mommy's body belongs to (eight year old) baby. Mommy needs to stop everything to cater to the child's needs at any moment.
