I’d make the argument that a ton of jobs don’t need to be on site since they are done from a computer. You allow people to just live where their family is then getting rid of cheap air travel isn’t that huge of a problem. Our shitty network infrastructure notwithstanding.

Since I’m fully vaccinated I will be going to the Music City GP in Nashville this year for Indycar. Honestly though? I expect it to suck because the layout is strange and street races are all meh. Mostly going just to go and to see an Indycar race in real life for once. My spicy hot take is that Monaco fucking blows…

The oil and gas traffic in my area are constantly overloaded and destroy roads daily so no one here will give a fuck about these either.

Neutral: The constant frosts we keep getting here in Ohio this year seems to have kept the pollen at bay for the most part. I’ve had some light eye itching/watering. Usually May is the worst month for me.

Meanwhile, the literal only thing our state govt gets done are anti-abortion bills, gun deregulation, and $60 million bribery schemes. We keep losing factories and our economy was shit before the pandemic even started. 

I really wish some attention would be put on trying something like vaccinations for this stuff but i guess not enough people are affected to “make money”.
