Just like most SNL cast members, he had a weird grating energy on the show and was saddled with a lot of bad stupid sketches that made me mostly annoyed when I saw him. Unlike most SNL cast members, he has used his post-SNL career to do some really cool, artistically interesting work.

I love Hotline Bling but it's basically that. I tried to justify it as self-deprecation for a while but I don't think it really is.

Or her marketing team is.

You made me go back and look it up, and I was wrong. It looks like it was a case of "he had porn so he was a sex pervert, and let's embellish details" by the tabloids.

Pretty sure that's a myth. But they're also dumb as shit and frequently die of starvation from wearing their teeth down. Losers.

l'll take "biggest leap to justify fringe political position" for 400, Alex.

And you know that he had like a massive amount of child and mutilation porn in his possession when he died, right?

Fair point. Fassbender nailed it, and Jobs was always presented as white-passing for most of his life, but fair point.

National menace Craig Sager.

Throw an /s on that shit, son.

This is an American show. The star of Don't Trust the B— in Apt. 23 is a bigger draw than Doctor Who.

I saw the first season. Dude has one setting: super intense. He plays it well though.

She's a big gender rights activist in Australia from what I can tell (and a hot one at that, which means we can pay attention to her /s) but also a terrible actress.

She seems like a lovely person but man is she not a good actress.

I honestly disliked the first segment more, Mantzoukas is running that "replacement host" but into the ground.

Booming from the sky like a thunderclap: "HEY GUYS I WANNA TALK TO YOU ABOUT LOOT CRATE"

How will Boomers convince themselves they haven't sold out if Lorne Michaels isn't pretending to be politically risky?

Gotta say she is easily the most easy to avoid "controversial" media personality out there, she's not really in tabloids or newspapers or on the 6:00 news. A lot of the stuff she does annoys me but I've had to go out of my way to find it. So I just don't anymore. Makes life easier.

I've actually enjoyed him on Comedy Bang Bang and some other things I've seen/heard him on. Seems pretty down to earth, for the life of me I can't figure out why he's with Dunham.

Gotta love how stuff that has been self-evident for at least a decade is still controversial to say in public. That's healthy for democracy.
