It’s been obvious for anyone looking, that the lack of diversity in these companies is largely due to how they recruit, not a lack of qualified women and people of color who can excel there.

If I went to a Spanish speaking country, or somewhere in Africa and demanded to be hired because I was white. They would laugh in my face, because that’s a bullshit reason to hire someone.

Maybe it’s only white men who applied and were qualified or knew people already working there?
