Is there going to be a time jump?

And I still love it just as much as I loved it 10 years ago.

RIP Nina aka the greatest villain from 24.

It's so weird to see Jack being polite, it's like seeing a tiger eating vegetables. But he's quite good as it as we've seen in his diaogue with Mark.

And this was a weak season mind you.

This is the kind o attitude that would end 24 in two episodes!

Oberyn's head looks good compared to my heart.

"The man who passes the sentence should swing the sword."

Mandy was cool but I for me she lacks confrontations with Jack. In S1 and S2 she was way in the background. Now in S4 she was awesom and almost outsmarted Jack.

Gaines was awesome:

I didn't try to imply Kate would become Jack worthy, I agree with most people here, 24 can't be 24 without Jack Bauer. A spin-off to work would need to change the soul of the series, and then what would be the point? It would be easier to create a new one.

Comparing Kate with Renee at this point seems unfair. The former only appeared in 4 episodes, so you would have to compare her with the first 4 from Renee.

"although she currently ranks at about a 6, 24 villainy-wise)."

By the end of the episode I had this same exact feeling. It really felt as good as 24 best episodes. I doubt there are many other shows that manage to create so much tension.

Wow, what an incredible season of televion show and what a masterful way to finish it. I find it very interesting to compare this sesaon finale with last season. Both were incredible, no doubt, but I believe they are almost opposite and the reason for that was developed all over this season.

… said while piloting a 70 years old stranted japenese submarine and prepparing a human driven torpedo to sink a freighter.

Slade's voice?

Ha!, I thought the same thing.

Gold almost literally spills out of Anatoli's mouth when he speaks.

Just wait untill season 3…
