About a month ago, Sony emailed me about the PS5. I was able to pick one up directly. I have a friend who it happened to like 3 months ago. We’re both already part of the PSN, and I hadn’t really touched my PS4 for awhile before that, so I’m not sure of the mitigating factors for being “chosen”.
