I sir have/had the exact same experience, albeit ADHD and not Adderall but Ritalin. I don't think I would be where I am today without the medication I take. I remember what I was like before the medication, and I know what I'm like if I just take coffee and no medication. I much prefer being on the medication.

Hike is a universal economic term. A tax "hike" for instance. I see no problem with that word.

But "maths" makes it sound as though there are at least two instances of "math". By adding the "s", it becomes plural. Making math plural makes no sense at all to me.

Just because you don't like someone's opinions doesn't mean they can be "god". He is seen as godlike for his lyrics and his music, not for his opinions on the murder of animals, the Chinese, and whatever.
