I was terrible at tracking money coming out of my account. A $2:50 drink would turn into $37.50. And if another pending purchase came out at the same time, another fee would be tacked on. And God help me if I was in between pay periods when after 3 days of having a negative balance another charge would be tacked on.

just to lose weight and tone up at the same time. i gave myself three months at this pace three times a week, 45 minutes tops per workout. i’m not trying to get buff but seeing if i can avoid the plateau syndrome longer.

you know, i just started working out. i try to do 20-25 min of cardio, 4-5 sets of upper body stuff, 4-5 sets of leg stuff then 4-5 sets of rowing motion stuff. (haha technical terminology) all in rapid succession.

i've read some neil gaiman stories which were really good. the person who wrote twilight wrote a story called Host which i read not knowing the twilight author had written it (i would not have touch it. yes the movie sucked which all book movies do), it was great read! currently waiting to read mortal instruments...so…
