"Hello? What coffee shop? What time? What… never any details!"
The part that stuck with me is how, just after the crash, he empties his pockets to take stock of what he has to survive with. That part was very vivid to me.
I remember finding the ending perplexing too. I was torn between being happy that he was rescued and a weird feeling that he somehow deserved get the chance to use all his new gear that he fought so hard to get…
For some reason I really wanted closure on the taxi driver running over the little old lady. Mary, I believe her name was…
dun dun dunnnnn
That is beautiful. And it kills me how often I hear people make "they were dead all along" jokes about Lost… It's constant. Grr.
This made me laugh then cry.
Please check how Annie is.
Oh gosh I didn't notice the balloons. This show has mad attention to detail!
I definitely took it as Abbi being desperate to get him out of her apartment. I think she wouldn't have argued so strongly against Ilana's anti-marriage rant if it wasn't for that motivation!
Yes! That was it! Such a good strategy.
This reminded me of the awkward "We always talk about slavery" convo in season 1. hehe.
I love it when Ilana and Abbi just seemlessly go into a random argument or confrontation to distract people so they get their way… There's another example of them doing this but I can't remember it…
I was so glad Lincoln got to enjoy the entire wedding (he loves them the most). Also loved Abbi trying to enlarge the actual, physical photo with her fingers!
I love diamonds.
In season 1 I think I enjoyed Ilana's character more but season 2 has definitely been Abbi's time to shine. She seems to have fairly low self esteem at times, and can never take a compliment (e.g. Gemma and Trey telling her she's funny), but really she's actually very self-assured. And somehow this never comes across…
Jaime's sad little face when they left the party! Awww!
Mind. Blown.
*Goes to check how long til next season of Rectify*
It was so short you had it committed to memory. Impressive.
