I don’t know how great I am at giving advice but I’m a lot better at giving advice than I am at applying it to myself, for sure.

YUP LITERALLY ALL THE TIME. Part of it is called derealization, check it out. Things finally made more sense for me when I learned that that’s what that weird sensation was. The other part (for me) is that I get a bit unsteady/dizzy if I’m very anxious.
