No offense, but I hate you. Ebrietas killed me at least 30 times.

I want From to do a Space Dark Souls. A Dark Souls robot would be downright frightening.

Lady Maria is really tough, but I thought it was one of the most well choreographed fights in the game. I think I just cheesed her by shooting her from a distance with my pistol (I had a bloodtinge build). The final boss of the DLC is probably the second toughest next to Ebrietas. Friggin' Ebrietas.

Damn, this is disappointing to hear. I had read (on Kotaku, I think?) that this was a fitting end to the series, so this definitely lowers my expectations. I did hear the DLC combat was crazy difficult, but this sounds almost like a deterrent.

Great write-up, Matt! I am looking forward to seeing this game through, warts and all.

The Down Quark (black IPA with raspberry) from Empirical is pretty good! Thanks for the recommendation!

I imagine there is already some Awoken on Exo fan fic action out there.

Sadly no guardians were caught in the shower when the Cabal attack, so they made it out with whatever weapon was closest and the armor on their back.

Oh yeah, Revolution is pretty good. I love the Eugene porter. I'll try to check Empirical out. Every time I come up here I try to hit up Hopleaf for my beer fix. That place is so good.

Sounds great!

Nope, not staying for Opening Day. Tickets would be crazy expensive. I'm seeing them play the Reds, too. I am planning on being loud and obnoxious.

I will be going to Chicago and playing Drink the Beer this weekend. Seeing the Destiny reveal trailer made me jump back in, so I'll be splitting time between it and Mass Effect: Andromeda. Beta for Destiny 2 starts this summer. I've never played beta of any game before, so I am looking forward to it.

Happy birthday!

Having all of your stuff sploded, when your base is destroyed is actually a pretty good excuse for not letting weapons carry over.

Honestly, I think he is being very fair in his reviews for the game.

As a resident of Indiana, that dig saddens me, but is completely justified.

Yeah, the whole scene had issues. My initial thought was: "Oh! Does this character have cloaking tech and is demonstrating it to Ryder in an odd way?" Nope.

Counterpoint to Peebee being terrible: Nuh-uh!

I still stand by my opinion that the Mako should have been a shuttle instead of a car.

Yes, this. Wait till the price comes down and a couple of desperately needed patches are applied.
