Thanks! I'll keep my eyes peeled.

I haven't found many bugs in the original Dark Souls 2, but I have heard Scholar of First Sin has some issues. It's a really good game, though. The DLC can be unbelievably frustrating, but you get some nice items, there.

Transistor will be a nice palate cleanser for you and the soundtrack is amazing.

The Souls series, by far. I cannot stop playing them.

Finding some way to upgrade armor would be nice, too.

Seeing Rom again almost made me completely quit the chalice dungeons. Hate that boss.

inamine is correct. Chalice Dungeons are their own separate thing and do not level with NG+.

Then don't let him play Resident Evil 4.

Yes, that is a great synopsis of NG+! BTW, I liked your term "damage sponge" enough that I am now using it. It's not copyrighted, so it's fair game!

Those things are awful. BTW, where is the Bell Maiden on that level? I got invaded a lot in Nightmare Frontier and could never find the maiden to make it stop.

All of the enemies are damage sponges in NG+, but since you have much better weapons it's kind of a wash. BSB is a much, much easier fight with high poison resistance gear (including the rune), but has a lot more hit points. The Forbidden Forest and Yahar'gul were a heck of a lot easier the second time around, too

I will take all the cheese I can get for that dude.

Awesome, thanks!

That would definitely suck, too. Valley of Defilement is like the lower level of Blighttown and the Gutter from DS2 combined, but larger and with a lot more enemies.

That a good point. I'm not looking forward to playing the Nightmare Frontier on NG+, so maybe I'll try that skill/arcane build, instead.

You have one more level, after Nightmare Frontier, so you are very close!

Thanks! If you're at the Wet Nurse you are very close to the end. I started messing around in the dungeons, as well, and am kind of on the fence about doing any more. I've completed five total and the last one was a level 3 chalice. I'm at level 117 and level 3 gave me some fits. I cannot imagine what the level 5

I want to do a skill/arcane build, as well, but you don't get really any viable weapons until late in the game. The best arcane weapon appears to be the Burial Blade and we both know what you have to do to get that weapon. Like you said, though, the Hunter's Tools sound too cool to just sit in my storage.

"A pile of memory somewhere in his kitchen"? Sounds a little ominous to me, like there's a bunch of heads sitting in the corner of their kitchen. Might want to call the cops.

Demon's Souls is really good up until the Valley of Defilement. That level is quite possibly the worst thing I have ever played.
