Do they steal insight or do they use frenzy on you and it hits like a truck because of the high insight?

Cool! That tentacle attack has surprising range.

Nice! I will have to check that out.

DON'T YOU TALK ABOUT THE HOLY BLADE LIKE THAT!!! Sorry, I didn't mean to yell.

There's a tentacle gun?! Man, I thought I was doing a good job finding shit in this game. I was wrong, apparently.

There are two bosses: Darkbeast Paarl and some creepy giant thing.

Sweet! I know what my next build will be!

I got lost for a while in Forbidden Woods, so I do not have fond memories of it.

Damn. I'll have to go back to Cainhurst and find him. The Evelyn is interesting. I wonder if it will be anything like the other versions of it in DS1 or DS2.

Yeah, it is essentially the Chaos Blade. Never saw the appeal of that weapon.

Phoenix Wright should be in Smash Bros. His "OBJECTION!!!" shout attack would be devastating.

Female named gun? Wheel weapon? Are they both in Cainhurst? I must have missed some stuff, then.

You need the Radiant Hunter Badge in order to purchase it. The badge is found in a chest in the Healing Church Workshop, which connects to Cathedral Ward. You have to get past Father G in order to access that area.

I think it will hold up. The weapons, though limited, are different enough that they can make play seem different. I am not looking forward to replaying the Forbidden Woods or Yahar'gul Unseen City, though.

Agreed. BSB's intro is on par with the Gaping Dragon, the sense of dread was palatable.

Correct, it does not cost insight to help someone.

It took me a long time to figure out you could summon Alfred. The first time I did it, BSB killed him in 2 minutes flat. The second time I summoned him, BSB was a cakewalk. I died a ton, in between those two attempts.

That one took me a while, too. What finally worked for me was killing all of the spiders in the first group (Rom won't attack you, when you do this; and they sometimes drop madman's insight), then go at Rom unopposed. Also, less spiders means it is less crowded in the other two round. After the first round, just

So many tendrils! I don't know why, but adding a bunch of tendrils to any monster amplifies the creepiness by an order of magnitude.

How is the Stake Driver? I've never used it. For a gun alternative, I picked up the canon. I am saving it for special fights, since it uses 10 bullets in one shot.
